Legal information

Terms of use.

1. Purpose of the service

Esprio is an independent directory of cultural salons and intimate events. It helps visitors choose a venue, discover its programme and contact the organiser. A reference listing does not imply a partnership, official representation or the organiser’s endorsement of all website content.

The public directory is available for browsing. Guest and organiser registration opens once information about the service owner and data controller is published.

2. Invitations and attendance

Invitation and contact buttons on reference listings link to the organiser’s resources. Esprio does not receive the request or confirm a place. Connected organisers may receive requests through accounts when that feature is enabled.

Sending a request is not a ticket, payment or guarantee of admission. The organiser decides on invitations. Programmes, prices, age limits and cancellation conditions are set by the organiser and should be checked before attending. Esprio does not accept payments or contract to host events on a salon’s behalf.

In approval mode, a request does not yet occupy a place. With instant registration, a place is allocated after successful submission and a ticket appears in your account.

3. Accounts and organisers

Users provide accurate information and keep their password private. Organisers request control of a listing and verify their authority. Registration alone does not grant access to other salons or guest lists.

Organisers are responsible for accurate programmes, capacity and external bookings, and for rights to the material they provide. Guest data may be used only for the relevant event and its organisation. Unauthorised marketing use is prohibited.

4. Information and content

The editorial team writes descriptions from facts in the listed sources. Schedules may change after verification; each listing shows its check date. No calendar events means no programme verified by our editors, not that the salon has closed or has no available places.

Use of content is governed by law and the rights of its respective owners. Linking to a source does not replace permission to use protected work. Our approach to content is explained on the Sources and rights page.

5. Moderation and restrictions

The editorial team may request verification, reject inaccurate material, temporarily hide disputed content or restrict accounts that breach the rules. Significant changes to public listings and programmes are reviewed. Request data is retained in accordance with the data policy.

6. Enquiries and changes

Corrections and questions can be submitted through the channels listed on the contact page. Updated terms are published here with their revision date. These terms do not limit users’ statutory rights.
